How does pricing work?
Every generation costs credits, and the price is shown before you start. Plans include monthly credits and some are priced per seat; you can also buy extra credit packs.
How are my content and data protected?
You control your files, who can see them and when they leave. These are the rules the product follows.
Content protection
Downloaded pictures and videos carry a visible watermark unless your plan includes watermark removal. Stored originals are never changed, and exports hold the originals.
Voice consent
Cloning a voice needs a confirmation that you have the speaker's consent, and the confirmation is kept in the audit log.
Export your data
An owner or admin can export every file and a manifest of the organisation at any time before it is deleted.
Deletion
A closed organisation becomes read-only, moves to pending deletion after 30 days and is permanently deleted after 90 days.
Roles and audit log
Organisation and workspace roles decide who can view, edit and manage, and the audit log records sensitive actions.
Expiring links
Shared project links expire after at most 30 days. Nothing is public unless you publish it.
Is there an API?
Yes. Organisations on a plan with API access can create scoped keys, call the same models at the same prices and receive results by webhook.

How do credits work?
Each generation costs a number of credits that depends on the model and the settings you choose, and the price is shown before you start. Plans include monthly credits, and you can buy extra credit packs. Credits are held while a job runs and returned if it fails.
How much does voao pro cost?
Plans are billed monthly or yearly, and some are priced per seat. Current prices are listed on the pricing page and in the plain-text pricing file, and they come from the same source as checkout.
Who owns what I make?
Your organisation owns the files it uploads and generates. Nothing is made public unless you publish it, and shared links expire. Check the terms for the licence of each model you use.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. An owner or admin can export every file and a manifest of the organisation at any time before deletion. If an organisation is closed, it becomes read-only first, moves to pending deletion after 30 days and is permanently deleted after 90 days.
How is voice cloning kept safe?
Cloning a voice requires a recorded confirmation that you have the speaker's consent, and the confirmation is kept in the audit log. Voices belong to the organisation that made them and are not shared with others.

Each studio lists the models that are on sale now, with what each makes and what it costs in credits before you start. Models are added and changed without a new release, and beta models are marked. The pricing page lists the plans and credit packs.
